Join Kiwanis

Have you been looking to do some volunteering for good causes in your community? Do you like helping kids, having fun and feeling like you made a difference? Why not consider joining us and become a member of our Kiwanis club?

Application

The new member application form is available in two formats.

• Clicking on the ‘New Member Application’ button will open a version that you can print then fill in. Once completed please give to your sponsor for endorsement and then club board consideration.
• If you download the pdf file in the second format, you will be able to open the file and fill it in electronically. Once you have completed the form, save it by adding your last name to the beginning of the file name. You may sign the form electronically by following the prompts. Once signed, please send the file to your sponsor as an email attachment for your sponsor to complete his/her’s part.  Your sponsor will then send the form to the Club Secretary for board consideration. Note: if you or your sponsor are unable to sign the form electronically, you will have to print it out and sign manually.
